We created the first art gallery in a jail in Mexico created by inmates children to raise conversation about child narco recruitment.
An art project to transform the harsh reality of children who have been recruited by the Cartels and forced to commit crimes.
We ask to those minors to tell us and draw their dreams after jail, and we transformed them into pieces of art that were printed on the paper of the very same sentences of their crimes.
That way we could create an art collection that will create awareness about an important and sad reality of Mexico and also help Reinserta (an NGO that helps kids to go back into society) to raise funds to continue doing their labor.
